Project manager and developer for GeekCause is affiliated with the nonprofit Hands On Nashville. GeekCause matches volunteers with technology expertise with other nonprofits in Middle Tennessee. Coordinates with nonprofit teams to schedule and facilitate requirement gathering and milestones with regular meetings throughout the project lifecycle. Research and assist with solutions or tools to accomplish the goals and objectives of the project for the client. Evaluate and implement the solutions. Provide extensive training and documentation for the solution. Communicate with GeekCause regarding the status of projects and tracking the project process.

Served as the communication team project lead for the Step Up Initiative and created a communications strategy for the initiative that included brochures, sermon series booklets, websites, graphics and more. The Step Up Initiative was the first phase of the building expansion initiative. Served as project manager for the REACH Initiative. The REACH Initiative was the final phase of the building expansion. The responsibilities include coordinating various teams to provide constant updates regarding the expansion and coordinating the move to our temporary location during renovations. This project was a multi-million project that concluded in 2020. Served as the project manager for local and community outreach projects. Mosaic Church has partnered with several local nonprofits to help strengthen the Montgomery and Stewart County communities.

Maintained site pages for both executive and non-executive branches for the State of Tennessee and developed content management systems. Served as the project coordinator for the redesign of TN.GOV, which involved updating over 100,000 web pages from 37 agencies to a CSS driven design with dynamically populated content. Coordinated and trained the State developers and designers to create a basic content management system using templates. Maintain internal tools for managing site and server structure. Assist with design efforts for site pages, content archival, photo galleries, mobile site, and third-party gadgets. Provide technical support for usability issues and critical site problems, as needed.

Working as the Webmaster for the State of Tennessee for the Office of Information Resources. This position requires extensive knowledge in web technologies as well as graphic design technologies. We are in the process of redesigning the internet and intranet in order to institute a standardized appearance throughout the various State of Tennessee agencies and branches. The State of Tennessee e-Government Web Portal has received several Best of the Web award for usability, accessibility, and content of the state's webpage.

Developing and maintaining the website and intranet for COmputing TechnologieS, Inc (or CoTs) as well as creating template pages for various procurements the company is bidding on. This position required extensive knowledge about ASP and CSS. The current assigned task is to convert our intranet from a frame environment into a CSS driven layout that is 508 Compliant, then eventually transition from ASP into ASP.NET.

Maintained the automated library system, EOSi, by cataloging and processing new books, adding and modifying records in the bibliographic file, and checking in and routing serials. Several other duties pertaining to EOSi was improving the integrity of the database by normalizing the content of the data and created a user manual for the library about using the automated system. Several other tasks involved creating promotional events for the library and training new library assistants about the various roles and duties of the library such as shelving the books based on the Library of Congress filing system, checking in books, and tracking statistics. The Puente Library was the library for Capitol College.
