As a Vice President, Relationship Management at NRUCFC, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of building and maintaining long-term relationships with electric cooperatives across the western half of the country. With over 30 years of experience in the electric cooperative industry, I have a deep understanding of the financial, operational, and regulatory challenges and opportunities that our members face. I leverage my MBA in Finance, analytical skills, and process improvement expertise to provide tailored solutions and guidance to our members, while ensuring alignment with NRUCFC's mission, vision, and values. I also collaborate with other regional vice presidents and senior leaders to develop and implement best practices, policies, and initiatives to enhance NRUCFC's performance and reputation as a trusted partner and lender for electric cooperatives. Prior to joining NRUCFC in 2015, I served as the CEO of Barton County Electric Cooperative, Inc. for over 23 years, where I led the growth, innovation, and sustainability of the cooperative. I am passionate about advancing the electric cooperative movement and empowering rural communities with reliable and affordable energy.
