Bobbi serves as an executive vice president and co-leads the Strategy + Transformation practice. She has more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry delivering strategic, operations, and technology services to Am Law 200 law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments.Bobbi leads a growing team of professionals bringing fresh thinking to a new era of legal business challenges. She and her team assist law firms and law departments by providing strategy and operations guidance, leveraging data to enable business decisions and elevate legal services, advancing digital transformation through identification and application of transformative technologies, and minimizing the risk associated with information assets through modernizing information governance policies and practices. Previously, Bobbi was an Executive Director with EY, Director of Consulting and Analytics at RenewData, and delivered legal services in law firms located in Texas, Colorado, and Hawaii. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wayland Baptist University. She is a frequent contributor to industry groups and initiatives aimed at modernizing the practice of law. Bobbi began her career as a member of the United State Air Force and maintained the highest level of security clearance during her tenure. In her spare time, Bobbi enjoys hiking with her dog on her forested property, while avoiding the girthier wildlife (e.g., bears).

Bobbi joined RenewData following its acquisition of Digital Mandate. Bobbi led the formation of RDC Analytics – a division specialized in consulting and technology assisted review for highly complex document reviews. She has consulted with General Counsel and C-Suite executives to develop strategies to manage risks and reduce costs associated with electronic discovery. She has led the practice by defining its strategic objectives, operational goals, methodologies, supporting tools and the hiring and training of personnel. She has led highly complex engagements requiring deep knowledge of electronic discovery and advanced analytics to achieve clients’ objectives. Bobbi has been at the forefront of designing and applying advanced analytics methodology and technology to the review of electronic documents. Additionally, Bobbi consulted with a key banking client to define its electronic discovery program by defining policies, processes and protocols for the management of electronic discovery and compliance with Banking industry requirements. Bobbi is a recognized industry expert in the areas of technology assisted review and electronic discovery.

Bobbi joined the company’s management team to develop the strategy to launch Digital Mandate’s unique document review platform, Vestigate™. She defined the scope of the human and technology resources required to successfully implement the technology in law firm and law department environments. Bobbi developed the methodology and tools to support the implementation process. Additionally, she developed the go-to-market strategy which included the business development lifecycle, collateral, pricing methodologies and sales presentation tools. She led the company’s business development efforts through the identification of and presentation to candidate clients as well as presentations at industry trade shows and conferences.

Educated the legal community in the effective application of technology to the practice of law through seminars, articles and presentations for law firms, legal departments, educational institutions and continuing legal education programs.

I began my legal career after leaving the USAF and while obtaining my B.S. in Business in night school. I worked as a litigation and trial paralegal and had the benefit of being mentored by stellar trial attorneys. In particular, I had the pleasure of working closely with Burnham "Hod" Greeley while living in Hawaii. The ABA established The Burnham “Hod” Greeley Award in his honor to recognize individuals and organizations dedicated to promoting increased public awareness of the need for a fair and impartial judiciary. He was a dedicated leader within the American Bar Association and was committed to promoting public trust and confidence in our justice system. He brought Midwest sensibility and farm boy work ethic to the practice of law (and to the laid back Aloha state).Hod was the first person to encourage the application of technology to the practice of law. He was a renowned trial attorney that understood the value of identifying relevant facts early in the case to inform the case strategy. He enabled me to expand my role by exploring and implementing technology to organize evidence and develop strategy. He taught me to craft Summary Judgement motions and tested my logic at each turn. I am grateful for his mentoring and trust in my abilities. The profession lost a bright light when he passed.
