Helped across all parts of the organization from thinking of product ideas to hiring the executive team to helping with marketing and business development. Bluestone went public in 1999 and was acquired by HP for $450 M in 2001. Ended up being the General Manager for HP's Middleware Division - before it was shut down (not a fun experience).
