I teach ages ten and up proper vocal health and technique. Because each student is an individual with unique communication and learning styles, I tailor my teaching methods to ensure that they learn in a way that is best suited to their personal needs. I provide moral support, encouragement, and honest feedback to bolster confidence, and I assist my students in learning to embrace and express their individuality through song.

I helped the Artistic Director focus on the dance and community building work she’s most passionate about by handling her administrative work. I also managed the studio lobby during classes, managed front of house during performances, and helped develop new ideas, processes, and systems to increase our efficiency.

I assisted the Grants Team in keeping their daily work running smoothly and on schedule while their Grants and Communications Coordinator was on vacation. I also coordinated their summer workshop schedule.

I digitized and organized the Grants Department’s records as well as the Capacity Building and Resident Incubator archives.

I served as temporary Administrative Coordinator while ROCO’s Office Manager was on maternity leave. I helped manage ticket sales, will call, auction donations and various day-to-day tasks. I worked in Salesforce and Quickbooks managing donations and general operating expenses. I also conducted several research projects for upcoming shows and office necessities. I also coordinated a photo shoot for ROCO’s musicians and staff.

I developed and implemented a digital operations plan to assist the Grants department in their transition from paper to fully digital record keeping. I assisted with grants workshops, focus groups, and info sessions for potential grantees. I also collaborated with HAA staff members to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Grants department.

I provided technical support and customer service in peak tax season for H&R Block's online clients via Teleperformance's call-centers. When needed, I acted as floor supervisor and assisted fellow agents with problem solving. I also took and diffused high pressure, high emotion calls that were escalated to supervisors when agents were unable to resolve issues to the clients' satisfaction.

I provided high quality customer service in the bank lobby, drive-thru, and via phone. I ensured that customers were served in a timely manner and that their transactions were done right the first time. I assisted in fraud prevention and also assisted victims of fraud. I worked with sensitive materials including safety deposit boxes, balancing teller drawers, conducting audits, preparing and verifying cash shipments, participated in sales and sales trainings, and ensured that I remained up-to-date and in alignment with federal compliance and bank policies.

I provided general customer service and was responsible for cash handling, drawer balancing, printing money orders, wires, cashier's checks, bonds, operating multi-line phone systems, balancing coin counting machines, assisting commercial and individual customers, fraud prevention, confidentiality, and completing all bank and federal compliance training.

I began volunteering in the library initially and read to school groups in the morning hours. The head librarian soon offered me a part-time position where I worked organizing, cleaning, and re-shelving library items. I then worked my way up to library assistant and was trained to run the circulation desk and enter books, dvd's and other library materials into the library's database. Shortly afterward, I took on a full-time position that included managing on the weekends. In addition to data entry, running the circulation desk, and assisting patrons with technical support and customer service, I coordinated the library's summer reading program and communicated with our sister-branch throughout their summer reading process. I contacted and hired vendors and entertainers, created schedules, coordinated activities, and was responsible for a team of volunteers. I was also charged with creating and ordering summer reading themed t-shirts for my branch and our sister branch.
