Assist business customers with telephone, email, mobile devices, and applications issues, or trouble ticket enquiries to resolve or escalate IT systems issues and problems by phone, email or a web tickets. Provide support and incident management and client communications for IT systems faults and service requests. Solutions included resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus.
