Data Analysis- Compare internal pricing against competitor pricing to determine market competitiveness. Analyze top of the funnel metrics to identify underserved markets and industries for growth opportunities.Monitor portfolio performance as it relates to growth, retention and profitability to make well informed pricing segmentation changes.Data Reporting- Develop reports & dashboards using analytical tools such as Looker, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.Identify existing data and reporting areas of opportunity.Define and drive processes for maintaining data quality metrics.Collaboration & Communication-Collaborate with teams such as Underwriting, Business Development, and Product to help uncover additional insights, including process improvements and data requirements.Effectively communicate information from large data sets and be able to explain the ‘why’ to both technical and non-technical audiences.Partner with other Pricing team members in the ongoing development and documentation of all pricing and appetite related processes.

Forecasting and Reporting• Drive improvement in reporting tools available to the payroll pod for strategic and tactical analysis• Build and maintain forecasting/reporting tools for the payroll pod teams• Partner with other key teams within Pie to ensure synchronous reporting and forecasting• Responsible for cadence of data/reports to payroll pod managementAnalysis & Benchmarking• Conduct analysis of process & performance metrics, benchmarking against industry standards where possible• Perform the necessary quantitative research to drive analysis from internal and external stakeholders• Interpret operating metrics and provide recommendation on areas for improvementProject Support• Support analysis of key strategic opportunities for the payroll pod• Provide support to leadership team in building and defining reports and presentations to be delivered to key internal and external partners• Create and enhance existing reporting on book analysis, remittance, productivity & staffing projections as well as future strategic opportunities• Other ad hoc needs as required in support of the payroll pod
