Bobbie represents National Philanthropic Trust in the Western United States as a subject matter expert to individual donors, financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, and CPA professionals. She helps their financially successful clients and families reach their philanthropic goals by supporting their charitable activities in the most efficient and often tax-effective ways. She specializes in building relationships with these professional advisors by educating them about donor-advised funds and other philanthropic solutions to present to their high-net-worth clients.NPT resources are available to advisors and end clients, together or separately, to support philanthropy as an integral part of a broader financial planning process and help them understand, select and administer the appropriate giving vehicle based on needs an preference. We also work with financial institutions that want to offer a company-branded donor-advised fund program. Our customized solution provides a financial institution's clients with a sophisticated, web-based giving experience.

At The San Francisco Foundation I was accountable for raising funds and visibility for the Foundation through identifying and cultivating individuals and firms within the legal, tax, accounting and financial advisory community as referral sources. I successfully coordinated the design and execution of professional advisor education, recognition and networking events. Developed and tracked fundraising goals and referrals for new business. Also, the most recent six months of my time at the Foundation was as the Interim VP of Philanthropic Services where I built fundraising strategy and donor engagement plans including event planning, prospect identification, cultivation and measures of success. Worked collaboratively with the VP of Public Affairs and departmental staff to develop informational and educational materials for donors, prospective donors and the professional advisor community. Led the Philanthropic Services team of five during this time.

Primary responsibility for actively developing sales opportunities to maximize contributions for Schwab Charitable. Provided subject matter expertise while maintaining the highest level of integrity. Delivered increased value through relevant charitable planning advice, high-touch service and coordination with appropriate departments. Responsible for conducting presentations to wealth managers, family offices as well as donors. Received CAP (Certified Advisor in Philanthropy) designation from The American College in 2008.

Marketing consultant for Celebrity Cruises working on a variety of projects that included strategic alliance with Cirque du Soliel and alongside IDEO. Assisted in facilitating and giving objective viewpoint of focus groups onboard. Generated community awareness in new markets through promotions and attending sales events..

Served as the senior community relations liaison for American Airlines in Northern California. Responsible for creating, defining and delivering the company's public face on the Northern California market-place in support of its corporate and agency sales objectives. Served as spokesperson for AA at public events throughout the region. Launched to the sales channel and consumers numerous products including new destinations and customer benefits. Negotiated agreements with major non-profits in area for promotional recognition.

Developed and managed relationships within a large territory of travel agency and corporate accounts. Served as AA's representative, introducing new products, promotions and resources, negotiating agreements and evaluating account performance. Created innovative contests and promotions as incentives to increase sales.
