- Establish all requirements for a new school and perform administrative duties - Supervise and coordinate teachers, new curriculum/ instruction, and all students - Develop a continuous enrollment and marketing plan for new middle school- Supervise emotional and social learning program for all middle school students

- Oversee Educational Services Unit's departments and supervisors- Related Services, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Public Child Study Team, Nonpublic, and Juvenile Detention Center - Facilitate the Burlington County School Crisis Response Team- Communicate regularly with Child Study Team Directors, Nonpublic Directors etc. - Ensure compliance with special education law and NJDOE statutes- Develop budgets for multiple departments- Supervise office and field staff of over employees- Complete evaluations for physical, occupational, and speech therapists- Evaluate human resources needs and hire staff

- Assist director focused on logistical aspects of our program- Instruct high school students with individualized needs in an alternative setting- Develop original curriculum for World History, US I, and USII- Supervise curriculum development for all subjects
