As the AVP, I led a dynamic and diverse portfolio of teams and projects that focused on better-connecting citizens and organizations with the resources of the university. The teams I led in this role included the Office of Partnerships and Outreach Communications and Events team, the BTU Team, CUMU Administrative Headquarters, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, the Continuing and Professional Studies team, and externally facing leadership development programs.

As the Director for the Office of Partnerships & Outreach, I worked with a dedicated team of communications and outreach professionals committed to supporting small business, government agencies, municipalities, and non profit organizations. As the front door for TU faculty and staff members and community members, our team serves as connectors and manages a multitude of strategic initiatives all aimed at building a stronger region.

In this position I worked in the President's Office and coordinated community outreach initiatives on behalf of the campus. I also assisted in communication strategies including the Latin American Task Force, implementation of online database of community outreach projects and prepared briefings for the President.
