I support recruitment efforts for large-scale enterprise business clients of Ultimate Staffing. Building relationships with our business clients, I help them find the best candidates who match their employment needs by developing ideal candidate profiles and deploying customized recruitment strategies. I then assist with finding the right talent by screening resumes, coordinating and presenting candidates to clients, and tracking applicants’ progress through the interviewing and hiring process.Ultimate Staffing is one of several specialized business lines of Roth Staffing Companies.
