Over the past 25 years, I have been in a Senior Executive Assistant role. I realize that not all companies will require someone to do whatever it takes to make an office run well, but I do know that it is always my job to make the life of my Executive(s) better and easier. I strive to anticipate and exceed all needs. Working at the C-Suite level, I have ultimate confidentiality with all projects and information that I am presented with. While I enjoy working with others and consider myself a team player, I am also able to work independently and prioritize what needs to get done. I was a successful remote admin for the last 9 years of my 20 year career with HSBC. I am fully proficient on all of Microsoft’s applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook and Concur; as well as Canva. My career path has switched gears a bit and I am focusing more time as an Event Manager. My attention to detail comes in handy when planning the best possible Leadership Retreat, Spa Incentive Trip or Annual Conference. I cater to anywheres from 150-250 in person attendees for any of these events. I take the time to get to know all my guests and little by little I am remembering more faces to names.In my personal life, I am a very tidy and fit person. It is important to me to put my best foot forward in all aspects of life. Healthy changes everything. I co-founded a 501c3 charity called #MSSUCKS. A charity that fundraises and keeps funds local to help improve the quality of life for someone living with Multiple Sclerosis. After many years living in the WNY area, my husband and I have relocated to the Tampa area to be closer to his aging parents and both of his brothers, one who lives with MS.
