CurrentAs Chief Financial Officer, I serve as a key member of the executive team, managing operations and solely establish key business decisions within the company. Simply, as an executive I drive operational success and high performance for Elite. I have the opportunity to oversee our operations, human resource, and accounting departments. Successfully designed and developed business incentives, operational policies, and business strategies that have subsequently facilitated revenue growth and overall exceptional business management for the company. Authored handbooks, business policies, and marketing materials utilized by the entire company. Accounting duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning, as well as, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. I also have the opportunity to serve as a Legal Technology Consultant to our clients and I have acted as a key member and to a broad spectrum of accounts. I establish a true consultative position with clients regarding electronic evidence preservation and collection, strategies on both the minimization and processing of electronically stored information. I have also authored efficient and effective ESI discovery protocols. I have managed numerous large projects with high volumes of both data and paper documents involved.
