Focused on applying instructional design techniques for the creation of online courses, simulations, cases, assessments, and tutorials. Worked closely with subject matter experts to thoroughly analyze content and instructional needs, establish objectives, and design instruction to meet those objectives. Actively engaged in researching new developments in digital media and online/e-learning/mobile/social learning and incorporating new techniques and technology as appropriate.

Responsible for the e-learning design, delivery, and administration of the curriculum for this global credentialing program. Responsibilities also included exam construction, publishing, and administration. Provided all-around support as part of a two-person team responsible for building and launching this global certification in 2005. Efforts included establishing learning outcomes, sourcing curriculum, and constructing a high-stakes exam, while building the necessary infrastructure to support online learning and computer-based testing.
