• Worked to design, develop, customize and deploy software solutions for monitoring the physical security of Navy and Marine Corps bases around the world. These products consolidated inputs from cameras, microwaves, access control points, fence sensors, motion/seismic detectors and alarm components into central monitoring stations.• Helped design and implement an application for capturing and maintaining critical data about air-traffic control systems at Navy and Marine Corps facilities. This included a complex application that used geographical data to determine optimal locations for air-traffic control radar installations.

• Helped customize the EDS Medicaid claims processing system to the unique requirements of Texas. Of note, I created the first-in-the-country system that captured information about private sources available to Medicaid recipients that could offset public expenditures. I also traveled to Brazil and Mexico to help assess and create a plan for streamlining General Motors manufacturing facilities. On a few occasions, I was invited to be a team member developing contract proposals for Medicare and other state Medicaid programs.
