We were able to bring him onboard with a plan to work cross functionally and retool the engineering and development teams - 40 of which were in Canada and many needed to be hired in the Boston office. Bob displayed an uncanny ability to garner trust throughout the organization while implementing process, skills and abilities. Some of this was certainly due to the fact that he selfishly spent over 200 days and nights in the Canada office and he was soon promoted to VP Engineering.
