I am Bob Buckwalter, a Director of Process Improvement at Mireo LLC, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for various industries. I have over 15 years of experience in developing, managing, and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives and procedures with a keen focus on continuous process improvement and productivity measurement. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt, with a strong background in finance and business administration.In my current role, I lead the creation and deployment of a productivity system that provides task-level visibility into project management, development, and QA, as well as targeted dashboards that drive greater accountability and emphasis on KPIs and key metrics. These tools enable me to identify and prioritize gaps in process, refine the estimation of new work and bids, and drive operational efficiencies, process improvement opportunities, and cost reduction prospects. I also oversee all aspects of discovery, kaizen, and JDI identification events across the organization to enhance the operational efficiency of existing processes. Additionally, I support multiple training programs, such as LSS Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Bridge, and Inter team skills, and coach, train, and guide teams using whiteboard and Microsoft Teams applications.
