Bobby Ashtiani has been in the Cannabis industry for over 25 years. He has owned and operated five retail medical dispensaries from 2007-2015. Bobby joined River Distribution in the companies inception in January 2016. Bobby was credited with building the Southern California footprint for the company, into a $25 million dollar a year Region, by training and building a sales team ready for the competitive Califorinia market. Bobby has developed the sales team here in SoCal, to be competitive, motivated, and resilient. Bobby continued to record strong revenue reporting in the SoCal markets for Continuum Distribution, after the merger with Origin House and Cresco Labs in 2019. Gaining traction Bobby boosted sales in California to over $40 million a year before leaving the company. Building brands and relationships has been a strategy that has proven to be a winning formula. Bobby was responsible for Business Strategy and building the Revenue Team for RYL Distribution, as Vice President of Revenue. After 16 months with the company, Bobby increased revenue by 307%, and built Gold Flora into a top 50 Brand in the State of California, from its previous rank of 358th place. Bobby’s network and relationships, along with his sales training skills have built his reputation as an Executive Leader in the cannabis industry.
