Began my Civil Engineering career at Anarex, Inc. in Millersville, MD. in 1989 where I was a Senior Draftsman and Project Manager for single family residential development and commercial development. In 2000, invested in Chesapeake Land Consulting, Inc. as the Vice President, continuing with residential design including storm water management, road/storm drain/utility design and subdivision. In 2002, started Diversified Permits, Inc. as President and Owner. Specialize in small residential, single family and commercial development design, minor and major subdivisions in Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Howard Counties.Notable project: Grace Pointe Community Church of the Nazarene in Severn, MD. A 60,000 square foot church with parking designed for 300 spaces, storm drain/storm water management detention pond, recreational fields and conservation of existing wooded areas.
