Successfully managed multiple Full-Service Commercial Truck Dealership locations in Dallas/Fort Worth. Responsible for the P&L of the locations including their New/Used Truck Sales, Service, Parts & Body Shop departments. Our team achieved record sales & profits in all locations, and in all departments managed during this time. I was also responsible for starting up a new dealership location in Haltom City to include Truck Sales, Parts & Service, as well as starting the distribution of a new product line of Capacity Terminal Tractors with Sales, Parts, Service and Body Shop operations. Managed the inventory of the Capacity Terminal Tractor Line for our dealership locations. Managed the sales and operations of our Rental and Leasing fleet as the President of Southwest Idealease.

Responsilbe for Maximizing New Truck Sales and Market share in the North Texas Region. Serve as the Primary Corporate contact for the Dealer and End-User customer, representing their interest while assuming a leadership role in utilizing all corporate resources to structure deals with Engineering, Production, Pricing, Used trades, Finance, Telematics, Parts and Service divisions. Achieved 3 straight years of record sales for the territory covered.
