Responsible for 850+ Salesforce users in various internal departments. Spend about 30% of my time doing Salesforce APEX development (triggers, classes, Visual Force pages, controllers) and the other time with typical customization (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports/dashboards). I'm also admin for customer-success management application, "Gainsight", and also support CPQ application, "Zuora", as well as several other 3rd-party AppExchange products. Heavily involved with Sales Operations and Customer Success teams, handling daily support case queues and documenting internal processes.

I work in the IT department and administer Salesforce.com for our global sales team. I am also certified as a Salesforce.com Administrator.

My major function is acting as the Administrator of Salesforce.com for our sales team. We've been using Salesforce.com as our CRM application since August of 2004. I support over 170 users and am well-versed in communicating with Salesforce via their API and webservices. I have created several integration projects between various data points using CastIron (www.castironsys.com) as the middleware. I've designed several web projects using Microsoft ASP and IIS, as well as several Excel-based applications using VBA.I'm am a wizard with Microsoft Access, and I work with SQL Server as the backend database in several projects. I was on the implementation team here at IXIA when we adopted ORACLE Applications for our ERP, and I also specifically support our Customer Support team. I've created several reports using ORACLE Discoverer as well as COGNOS.

Started out as a COBOL / IDMS programmer but moved quickly to desktop development using Microsoft ACCESS.
