I am a very goal-driven person and I love seeing progress in anything I do; noticeable progress just makes me want to do better even more than before. I am passionate about marketing and leading others. I work well in teams, but I believe some of my best work comes by working by myself. Over the past couple of years, I have gained many communication and people skills. I do well at getting what I am thinking across to others while also understanding what they want too.Over the past couple of years at work I have usually worked by myself, but I am not a stranger to working in teams. In school, I find myself working in teams often and I put my very best into the team and the work we are trying to do. I like working in groups because it helps me continue to work on my communication skills and it helps me broaden my thinking because I believe multiple brains can be better than one.
