I'm Bobby Castro, a self-made entrepreneur. My journey began with just a ninth-grade education and a humble gift of $1,700 from my mother-in-law, Dixie. Armed with determination, I founded Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG) in 2001. Today, my personal net worth exceeds $500 Million.Throughout my 18 years as a key leader at BHG, I've learned that leadership is the ultimate catalyst for scaling any business.
