As the CTO of ZTE strategic customer sales division, serving 7 tier 1 MTO( Multinational Telecom Operator) customer relationship buildup and business development, in charge of the marketing strategy making for customer, global sales target planing and attainment. During the past year, ZTE make much progress with the partnership buildup with Vodafone, Orange, Ooredoo, and Bharti Group etc.

As the CTO of ZTE Sales DIV.I, in charge of the AP, Russia and CSI region technical and commercial issue. My responsibility covered all the fields including mobile, fiber connection, transmission, customer relationship development, business strategy making. In the 2 years tenure, ZTE start cooperation and business in HK, Russia and Philippine etc.

As the deputy GM of ZTE FDD product line, I’m in charge of the FDD wireless business in Global. Within the 3 years tenure, the products revenue doubled and started the footprint breakthrough in India, Pakistan, Malaysia& AP region. More than 200 staffs in charge of solution support, MKT development, products plan reported to me directly.

As the director of ZTE wireless products and solution, in charge of the MKT development, solution &service promotion and performance management.

As the senior engineer & solution manager for mobile products, in charge of the MKT promotion & solution design in ZTE wireless global market.
