As the Director of Sales / Operations at Total Offroad & More, I work with the executive team to develop and execute the vision, mission, and goals of the company, as well as to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Prior to this role, I served as the VP of Sales and Strategy at LEER Group, where I oversaw the sales operations, performance, and growth of the company across North America. I also managed a large portfolio of clients and negotiated several significant contracts and deals. LEER Group is the largest manufacturer of truck caps, tonneau covers and cargo management systems in North America. I have a strong background and skills in new business development, team building, operations and strategic planning.
