I post our opened positions on ADP Virtual Edge hiring system. I send the best candidates to the hiring managers of our departments for a second look over. I assist the Manager with unemployment claims, employment authorizations. I facilitate our orientation to all new hires followed by our safety class the following day. I complete all new hire data input.

Data input and worked with all managers to ensure the correct hours were entered for all 500 employees via Timesaver. Input all tips, miscellaneous deductions, ran reports, and worked with ADP to fix any errors our payroll had. As accounts receivable, I worked with our sales department to create and send out the final billing for all meetings and events held at the lodge. I collected payments that were on schedules for future events as well as handling any billing errors our guests in the hotel may had. During the end of each month I helped balance all accounts related to payroll and accounts receivable for our corporate office.

Balanced the end of day business while running reports to give to accounting in the morning. Data input to reflect all income using the reports we ran. Ran the front desk and answered any questions or concerns that may have arose during the night.
