As a general manager at the respected London restaurant company Benugo, I have opened and effectively ran many sites during my six years of employment. A key accomplishment during this time was coordinating the opening of three restaurants - the Riverfront Cafe, London Wall Bar & Kitchen and, most recently, Stephen Street Bar & Kitchen. These venues ranged between £1.5 million to £4 million in revenue and I have managed 100 staff at any one time.

As a General Manager at Greenwich Inc, I operated over five different restaurants and pubs for the group, revenue ranging from £2-£3 million. Greenwich Inc was a diverse group where every single venue was different from each other, these ranged from, pubs, clubs to fine dining restaurants. I had the opportunity to manage most of the profile with-in the group.
