Responsible for ensuring the standardization of maintenance processes within the Materials Recycling Mechanical and Electrical Cells at Gerdau in Midlothian, Tx.My duties include needs assessments, auditing, coaching of maintenance/quality improvement programs, routine standards(PM's,PDM's) ITS training, 5S improvements, development and implementation of cost and environmental controls, development and implementation of new and/or current preventive maintenance programs, and safety management processes and procedures.

As a Field Superintendent, I oversaw the daily construction activities at the work site.Including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment, delivery of materials, and progress of the overall project. I also worked with contractors to complete the installation of projects within the given budget and timeframe. Also, helped to resolve contract disputes and arranged any necessary order changes. I also viewed and monitored the status of daily construction activities and made decisions based on what is really happening. I reviewed contractor performance, overall projects budget, projects schedule information and overall project performance.
