As a lifelong, energy industry professional, I focus on strategy (largely Energy Transition, decarbonization, electrification, and growth strategy) and operations (particularly large scale transformations and customer operations, in particular). I previously led the Customer service line for McKinsey’s Utilities practice in North America, which includes a focus on customer experience, customer strategy, and customer care operations.I predominantly serve the energy sector, focused on electric power and natural gas players. I was previously an engineer at Duke Energy, working on the licensing and design of a next-generation nuclear power facility.I received an undergraduate engineering degree from The University of Virginia with high distinction, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
