Returning to my previous 6-year role with Telefonica on best practice delivery, end to end, of the timely and cost-effective design of cell sites which meet the current requirements for O2 across all technology bandwidths (LTE UMTS GSM). Working with CTIL on the front-end delivery in driving through Pre MSV reviews on sites instructed and all associated.

Working for a tier 1 supplier, delivering for the client sites in a timely manner in line with project priorities ensuring that all H&S guidelines were followed and adhered to and the projects budgets tightly controlled. Responsible for managing all design and build elements of site delivery including build and rigging into integration.

Delivering in a timely and cost-effective manner the design and build of 3rd Party sites for EE and H3G across all technologies including the Emergency Service Network (ESN) rollout for EE. Responsible for managing suppliers, logistics and procurement and coordinating with acquisition, transmission and activation of sites managed by Arqiva, WIG & CTIL.

Working remotely, managing all Partners and Suppliers in a multi-disciplinary approach whilst ensuring.

PMO Project Manager (European Commission)Part of a multi-million-pound consortium controlling delivery and spend for the EC throughout Russia, developing mobile communications for the region. Responsible for ensuring all time-based activities were captured and recorded and that all project overheads, costs and expenses were monitored and tracked in order.
