• Currently managing JSF, Triton, ABR, & SEWIP production requirements in the AMEC cell to ensure timely delivery of product meeting MRP. Lead bi-weekly meetings across my programs reporting active line status to upper management. • Daily tasks include inventory management, verifying we have enough material to kit, releasing completed kits to the floor, tracking progress throughout the build process to maintain flow down the line, lastly identifying and correcting any inhibitors (QNs/RNs) preventing delivery to the NHA. • Work in a cooperative effort with each program MCS at the start of a build to ensure accurate delivery to the floor, work through any inhibitors mentioned above during the build, and ensure timely delivery at the end of a build.

• Assist the Project Manager in full project lifecycle including buy out materials, generating project schedules, submittals, RFI’s, quality control assurance, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. • Work directly with designers and architects, liaison between corporate staff, the construction team, & subs/vendors, effectively creating/preserving relationships, improving adaptability, especially the ability to productively work with diverse groups of people. • Provide comprehensive management of mechanical resources, identifying key needs to execute efficiently, coordinating logistics to meet milestones, quality control analysis throughout execution, and time management ensuring project close out dates are met.

• Manage a broad range of projects, including scope definition, schedule management, cost management, and resource management, ranging in value from $250k to $15m. • Liaison between corporate staff and executives, construction team, & subs/vendors, effectively creating/preserving relationships, improving adaptability, especially the ability to productively work with diverse groups of people.• Responsible for processing, generating, and tracking purchase orders, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and other miscellaneous addenda. • Conducted final inspection of projects, coordinated warranty repairs during guarantee period and initiated corrective action to rectify deficiencies

•Negotiated, contracted, and directed floor-to-ceiling facility management operations regarding a wide range of building repairs, preventative maintenance, and overall upkeep. •Designed and implemented an innovative office environment, achieving objectives for enhanced corporate image and improved communication, teamwork, and productivity. •Managed armour desk software support for over 2000 teammates troubleshooting any defects, malfunctioning, and general misuse. Once launched submitting request became the main issue so I developed a step-by-step guide to walk teammates through this process, greatly improving productivity thus speeding up response time.
