Company Industry: Customer, Courier and Printing ServicesJob Role: Manages branch performance, output and income. Documentations of sales, stocks, and purchasing requests are part of my task. Overseeing staff's performance as well as evaluation of work output.Details: I work as a Branch Manager and Designer, and my duties cover the over-all performance, production output and income sales and staff management. Postaplus is a One Stop Shop of designing & printing posters, t-shirts, mugs, pin badges, clocks, IDs, brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, billboards, large format stickers and posters, etc. The shop depends on Walk-in customers who need quick and easy product results. Main target customers of the shop is mainly students who’s requirements are more on quick poster presentation & simple and easy to do manual reports and brochures. But as we go along, professional individuals come and go to have their designs for their newly started business, which is logo identity, and its full set of use (letterhead, business envelopes, business cards, posters, print ads, logo signage and below the line requirements). In addition to these are the daily monitoring of sales and stocks & supplies for my branch. Aside from the customer servicing I am also handling thru customer and inquiry. And to top it all, I am also giving seminar trainings and teachings to new staffs for their additional knowledge and get-to-know how to handle, prepare and operate the machines and equipments for all branches.

Maintains Mac OS.Details: My work job is mainly designing and overseeing the production process and finishing of each project working along with 5 designers. I get the concept and request from Management and from there we will be doing studies and present it back to them. Once the concept and corrections are done and approved. I will proceed with the final layout design and product shooting (taking pictures of the product/s) and have it finalized with the team. We also do the below-the-line requirements, since our company is in retailing business. We mostly do designs for poster, leaflets, news ads and weekly brochures. We do also full campaign concept and design if there will be product promos.

Doing preproduction to final productions works for TV commercial shootings.Details: Asatsu-DK was new here in Manila, Phils. and my main job is to oversee the firm’s procedural process of each project. Like in Salonpas (Hisamitsu Co, Japan) project, I was part of the full production team for it. We started of by finalizing the TV Boards of the Salonpas TV commercial along with Japan. When it is approved, I fly off to Hong-Kong for the TV shoot and pre-production process of the project. Until the material is set and aired on selected TV spots here in Manila. Attending client meetings for each design and campaign project.Asatsu-DK is a representative company from Japan. We supervise, distribute and manage the project process here in Manila from Japan.

I also coordinate with the computer’s supplier for maintenance work. I am mainly a Graphics Designer and is at the same time supervising the other 4 designers working in my team. We do designs for the campaign projects such as posters, print ads, brochure, leaflets & flyers and below-the-line design materials for the company.
