Shared maintenance manager duties, maintenance scheduling and assignment of work orders using Maximo CMMS and MS Project, general, preventive, and predictive maintenance of plant electrical and mechanical systems, writing and/or performance of preventive and scheduled maintenance procedures, development of lesson plans for training purposes, development of written maintenance procedures, writing purchase orders for various tools, parts and supplies, performance and tracking of work orders using Maximo CMMS, outage planning and tracking, contractor orientation and oversight.

General maintenance of dual site plant electrical systems, writing and/or performance of preventive and scheduled maintenance procedures, development of lesson plans for training purposes, development of written maintenance procedures, writing purchase orders for various tools, parts and supplies, performance and tracking of work orders.
