Assigned as Project Manager overseeing the MGM paid parking initiative in Las Vegas, NV, a 90 million dollar investment aimed at developing all valet and self-park operations as a new revenue stream to the MGM Corporation. Project included the oversight of up to 850 employees and approximately 47,000 parking spaces including all 12 MGM casino properties and the T-Mobile Arena traffic management plan during events. Additional duties included the following:o Point person for all correspondence with Hotel Operations VPs and MGM Corporate Officerso Responsible for the creation and implementation of 200 page Standard Operating Procedures document which included best practices for revenue controls, audit procedures and customer service interactions between employees and customers across the platform. o Coordinated all staffing and training for employees with SP+ Corporate Officeo Oversaw IT, infrastructure and parking equipment installation for all properties and vendors, including all valet kiosks, remote management command center and self-park equipment throughout the platform.o Communicated the operational plan to MGM marketing and public relations committee for public awareness.o Assisted in the development of Organizational Chart for the city of Las Vegas Operations

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Formerly managed fourteen parking locations in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Prince George’s County, Maryland, including all parking operations at National Harbor; a mixed-use destination of over 7,000 parking spaces which includes valet, hotel and convention center self-park, residential, retail/restaurant, on-street meters and special event management• Responsible for developing and maintaining $14 million annual operating budget for all locations and special events related to National Harbor parking operations• Develop and maintain RFP’s for new business opportunities for the Washington, DC metro region.• Produced thorough weekly and monthly financial reports to client which include detailed statistical analysis of vehicle counts, average ticket prices, total revenue and traffic flow patterns to facilities• Oversaw day to day operations including a staff of up to 45 employees, revenue controls and internal audit procedures, maintenance and equipment initiatives and property traffic management• One of three managers responsible for coordinating event operations, including all Redskins game day traffic operations at FedEx Field in Landover, MD• Coordinated efforts to initiate No Hassle Parking program which includes web-based pre-paid parking and Park Mobile app off-street parking; Off-street Park Mobile app program was first of its kind in Mid-Atlantic Region• Point person on traffic management planning for Tanger Outlets, a high end retail outlet center which involved significant coordination between County, State and private officials• Spearheaded creation of the new National Harbor Parking website which coordinated all parking related information between downtown National Harbor, Tanger Outlets and the new MGM Casino• Facilitated off street parking initiative with Prince George’s County Revenue Authority to provide a more technologically friendly customer service experience while increasing off street parking revenue
