Site manager for 150+ personnel supporting 15 different contracts in AMC or TRANSCOM. Worked proposal development, teaming agreements and personnel hiring to support multiple IT efforts.

Responsible for developing and validating potential operational, policy, and procedural options for Air Mobility Command aircraft that offered potential fuel and energy savings. Led a team of military and civilian personnel who developed and executed programs that offered over $800M in savings and cost avoidance.Co-chair for Air Force Energy Steering Group that brought together each of the Major Command's Fuel Efficiency Groups to develop AF-Wide energy savings. Briefed AF leadership on a quarterly basis on savings opportunities.
