I work on independent projects such as assisting with the care, packing, movement, re-housing and maintenance of the collection. I also update the current location, condition, and status of objects in Proficio database, scan and photograph objects, and update and expand Proficio and Canto databases records from paper files.

I volunteer at the Museum of American Heritage Museum, a modern technology museum that focuses on innovations from 1750 to 1950. During the week I volunteer in the warehouse of MOAH as a Warehouse Assistant. I help with accessioning, research, and organization. During the weekends I volunteer as a Docent at the family museum, where I guide guests around our exhibits and answer any questions. I spent 6 weeks in the mountains of the Peloponnessos digging in the Upper Sanctuary of Zeus on Mt. Lykaion digging in an ancient ash altar. There I dug, sifted, and recorded as a trench assistant.  I worked as a hardware associate on the sales floor in the Hardware Department. I focused on customer service, stocking items, and screen repair. I was moved into receiving as the stores main receiver for drop shipments. I was responsible for physically checking in and receiving orders from a multitude of vendors. I served as the Saturday Manager-On-Duty and was the store opener during the week. As a Lead, I was expected to engage in multiple roles – including receiving duties, customer service, and Haz-Mat compliance.

As a Knowledge Seeker, I work with Knowledge Keepers - individuals who hold traditional knowledge of their heritage and history, especially focused around their local food system. I undertake research for ITKI in order to complete an online database that showcases the knowledge that these communities and individuals hold for both locals and outsiders, in order to preserve their heritage for future generations. I participated in the summer course through the University of Arizona to train through their "Farmers, Ranchers, and Gatherers of the Southwest" Project, and am now undertaking research for future projects.
