• Plan/Schedule/Execute authorized work from the GAME-ME, T/A, ESP, RCM, PEI, and other work processes through completion.• Identify variances in original work scope and secure appropriate authorization.• Develops schedules, budgets, and work execution plans.• Procures parts necessary for repairs or overhauls.• Lead/Attend/Participate in safety meetings and site inspections. Perform safety contacts, and near miss.• SAP knowledge.• Review and Analyze notification and work order backlogs.• Determine Basic Requirements: o Review Equipment Condition History information to assess or identify a chronic problem. o Estimate duration and cost to perform work. o Identify and consider alternative approaches. o Assure desired repair options will provide the required reliability. o Determine the level of competency and type of resource required for execution. o Obtain technical support if necessary. o Identify Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) requirement needs. o Document need for any Health and Safety or Environmental groups in the planning or execution phases. o Document Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needs. o Document any Operations preparation requirements to be included on permit request form. o Document and provide pictures, drawings, schematics, or specified procedures with any needed annotations.• Plan the Work: o Review maintenance preparation and obtain agreement with production. o Document the job steps including logic relationships o Document special tools or support equipment required for executing the tasks. o Estimate the required work force hours by craft. o Identify follow-up requirements, Inspection hold points, and start-up support requirements.• Planning and Computer skills.• Communication skills• Schedule optimization• Ensure routine work orders are well planned.
