Collating all relevant documentation.• Input and update client details onto Prestwood (back office) system.• Key liaison between the company and investment platforms.• Support administration of Raymond James investment platform i.e. dealing/trading, client cash balance monitoring, investment account setup, asset consolidation and transfers etc. • Creating innovative processes in response to changes in regulation and to better company practices i.e., trading process, detailed breakdown of portfolio costs and charges, carrying out monthly cash balance checks, recording ongoing suitability of investments for clients.

Purpose of internship: to write a chapter on the finance aspect of high-end designer brands for a non-fiction book for fashion students.• Analysing decades of financial/annual accounts and director’s reports of high-end designer brands.• Extracting essential information to create tables/graphs used to draw conclusions and assess current and historic performance of business.• Simplifying and translating results into non-technical terms for reader audience to understand.• Consistent communication with secretary/supervisor for progress updates.

• Carrying out range reviews: Implementing new products and displays; safely removing and discarding old display models.• Achieve excellent merchandising standards by ensuring fixtures are clean, tidy and presentable.• Support with promotions and price changes using client systems.• Confidently interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.• Replenish stock from warehouse back-up and deliveries.
