I served as the “go-between” for each of these districts’ leaders and the coordinator of the yearly camping programs. The Ministry Program position was eliminated due to staffing changes within the Foursquare organization and I assumed the role of the Guest Services Coordinator. Main Contributions:• Driving and organizing force behind establishing a T1 internet and phone connection for the better business functions of the camp; resulted in more organized phone billing and less outgoing fees• Played a role in reorganizing some to the staffing issues• Reorganized and implemented new staffing for the group preparation staff• Reorganized all guest group filing for better retention• Aided in constant transitioning• Instituted common chemical usage and regulations for the housekeeping staff• Provided as needed training and organization for staff interns
