1. Lead role in the end user support, planning, training and deployment of SAP PM and SME for multi-site end user community.2. Support the end user needs of the PM user community, gathering requirements and analyzing existing software capabilities to meet the business requirements.3. Provides analysis and support of all processes related to the PM functions, including integrations to other systems.4. Support the end user community with issue resolution, user mentoring, process documentation, and end user training.5. Partner with the process owners to maintain process documentation and training tools.6. Identify Maintenance/Engineering priorities on behalf of the user community input and acts as the PM advocate within Maintenance/Engineering.7. Partner with Global PM template team, other analysts and business process owners to improve the entire process flow.8. Analyze software capabilities and work with process owners to make software usage decisions.9. Proactively review new software updates for new functional capabilities that may improve business processes, or resolve software issues.10. Support the configuration and testing of the software application to change and implement new processes when needed.11. Develop functional specifications for reports, modifications, and extensions.12. Develop and generate business reports from system that facilitate maintenance process improvements and identify potential cost savings.13. Develop and generate maintenance business process work flows.14. Support all interfaces to the application for upgrades and problem resolution.15. SAP PM Community member responsible for creating help tickets for Mobile SAP SWM application as needed working directly with SAP programmers to identify application issue root cause analysis, possible solutions and implementation of enhancements.16.
