The Arts Factory is a not for profit organisation that supports the work of emerging artists from Hobart and Tasmania through providing studio spaces to collaborate, access to a gallery, theatre, music and live performances. Our focus is to develop an enabling space, a space in which artists are provided the opportunity to engage their work with public and develop a community around their practice. As a founding Director I am involved in driving conversations with key arts organisations in the state and beyond in an effort to build the profile of The Arts Factory and the artists that surround the organisation. This involves development of public art programs, events on site and in satellite sites around Hobart. In addition, the operational management of the space to ensure the financial stability of the organisation as an independent arts organisation. Our long term aim is to establish a successful model that independent arts organisations can replicate, in order to reduce dependency on government funding into the future.

I am responsible for new business development for APAC territories. I work with prospects by identifying their business issues and consulting with them on how to drive more revenue and customer engagement from online channels such as email/social/mobile and web. Our industry is heading into a cross-channel environment where email is becoming even more crucial. Many companies are unaware or do not have the expertise as how to drive revenue from a true cross-channel approach. It is my goal that through deep interactions with all areas of a business I can help provide relevant examples on to help unlock revenue that is being left on the table.

Responsible for managing relationships with executive and management level contacts within client organistions such as Jetstar, Dulux and Clemenger. Managing ongoing development of digital projects within the custom services department EservicesResponsys.EservicesResponsys was acquired by Responsys in January 2011.

Engaged with new and existing clients successfully cross selling digital solutions that included website design, digital marketing and Search Engine Optimisation for the SMB and SME market.Manage a team of sales consultants around website service products to achieve set KPI’s. Key services included bespoke web development and Search Marketing.Implemented the Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline (BANT) sales model into MIT’s Australia/New Zealand business units;Built strong working relationships with the internal leadership teams and extended relationships to external business managers at key service providers; and, Provided risk mitigation training and managed client conflict , escalations to resolution and quality control of products to market.
