I started my working career in franchising while working at Subway during high school, this involvement with small business ownership stuck with me and I loved the idea of a systemized business model.After finishing my studies, I focused my direction on business management working with a Mentor for 3 years in the Promotional and Marketing Industry which gave me experience at a high level in dealing with small and medium businesses. In 2015 I moved into an Assistant Management role with Research and Consulting business in Brisbane, and I quickly progressed my career while becoming proficient in Operational Management and Training and Development. In 2016 I joined InXpress as the Operations & Development Manager where i quickly adapted both my Training, Development and Operational background to the InXpress model. I currently lead InXpress Australia in Staff and Franchise training and am currently serving on the FCA Women in Franchising QLD committee chapter.
