Bobby started his career in 2008 at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers where he gained several years of experience representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters. While there, he also gained experience in prosecuting subrogation claims. In July 2010, Bobby left Swift Currie to join Bhrett J. Pizza in representing injured workers and plaintiffs injured by the negligence of others. In September 2017, Bobby formed a new law firm with John Alday. Bobby handles a variety of cases including automobile collisions, premises liability, personal injury, workers' compensation claims and medical malpractice claims.In his sixteen years of practice, Bobby has represented employers, insurers, injured workers and folks injured by the negligence of another. Bobby is a seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience handling personal injury lawsuits, premises liability lawsuits and workers' compensation litigation. Bobby has tried cases in various state and superior courts throughout Georgia and has conducted numerous hearings at the State Board of Workers Compensation.Bobby is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell from 2014 to the present.
