KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES;*Meeting daily compliance checks and providing monthly board reports.*Daily BI reporting and monitoring compliance for Fire servicing and related contracts*Overseeing & monitoring daily reactive repairs ensuring that contractors attended within agreed timescales, and subsequent repair works were carried out causing minimum disruption to customers.*Monitored and assessed contractor KPI targets, ensuring desired goals were regularly met in line with contract specifications*Managed overall team processes and daily customer experience and satisfaction ensuring that we provided a first time resolution where possible*Accountable for a £1.9 million budget spend across all service contracts in specific remits such as Communal cleaning, window cleaning, Fire maintenance and servicing, Tree works, Tree surveying to name a few.*Responsible for forging and upholding key business relationships with all contract managers across the different contracts, hosting regular meetings and weekly conference calls to maintain excellent working relations*Overseeing all aspects of Health and Safety were adhered to, including checking Fire certs, Risk assessments/method statements, contracts Insurances and GDPR responsibilities*Management of Groups Landscape maintenance contracts, working with several national contractors for over 5 years, ensuring Fire alarm Systems, fire fighting equipment, smoke alarms and test is carried out within agreed timescales
