Customer service, building sales through redirection and observations, as well as my department of responsibilities are the core duties of my position. As an assistant manager of operations I am responsible for auditing the compliance of the staff to the companies processes and procedures. I make partnerships with our asset protection managers on findings during the monthly self audits and work to ensure 100% compliance. In addition to my core responsibilities I also plan day to day CEL responsibilities. This allows managers to have department specific time but not negotiate customer service focus. I'm also in charge of all facilities work orders to ensure safety and timeliness of backlogged work orders.
