 Head of Gallup’s Operations Division in Singapore consisting of 14 operations associates Monitoring of office financial and working closely with the Accounting team for month-end closing. Preparation and submission of monthly financial report to Asia Executive Group including monthly and quarterly financial forecast. Involve extensively in yearly budgeting for above the line item. Conduct quarterly development review and annual appraisal for the Operations Team. Work closely with the Talent Resource Team for the recruitment of new hires for the Operations Division that includes reviewing of resume, conducting interviews and preparation of remuneration package. Work on many of Gallup’s multi-country projects that include clients from Global Banks, Telecommunication companies, retailers and government agencies (locally). Work closely with Gallup’s overseas office (eg US, UK, Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok, India and Australia) for the execution of international projects. Planned and co-ordinate projects from budgeting phase to final delivery including providing training to client’s representatives. Participate in project meeting with client and presentation of timeline. Ensuring projects being executed within timelines and financial budget. Involve in the discussion of methodology and sampling proposal phase and prior to field execution. Conducting training to Operations Team (including Fieldwork Team). Analyzing of survey data and preparation of survey research report including generating of tabulation with SPSS program. Providing assistance to the Business Development team in the preparation of proposal, presentation, planning and budgeting including presentation to client.  Providing assistance to the Consulting team for the formulation of methodology, sampling and budget. Submission of project status to both the Business Development and Consulting team and organizing of project meeting for periodic update/challenges.

 Report directly to the General Manager and work closely with all departments head for the efficient handling of human resource duties. Set up of the HR department from scratch, dustings include formulating of policies, generating of forms and procedure, reviewing and updating of policies. Recruitment of office and offshore employees. Monitoring of employees’ medical, insurance and compensation matter with Insurance Company. Conduct Annual Appraisal exercise. Co-ordination of travel for offshore employees that includes Visa Application, flight and hotel reservation. Processing of payroll for 2,500 offshore employees. Preparation of monthly payroll report and payroll budget for bidding of new projects.

 Assist the Personnel Manager in the recruitment of local personnel. Preparation of documents such as Employee Agreement for new hires. Preparation of monthly and yearly Human Resource statistic report.  Assist the Senior Personnel Executive on Annual Increment exercise for bargainable grade employees. Review and implement filing system for the department.
