MSF Ridercoach responsible for providing a safe and positive learning environment for beginning motorcyclist. I apply adult learning principles to ensure anyone that is physically able and has the determination can learn how to ride a motorcycle. The job has enabled me to work in multiple states and overseas with military and civilians students. The opportunity has assisted the refinement of my interpersonal and communication skill sets. • Provided maintenance and budgetary expertise, guidance and leadership in all aspects of Air Traffic Control maintenance and electronics maintenance, leading to 100% Naval Aviation Maintenance Program compliance. • Monitored and reviewed Air Traffic Control systems maintenance management programs to include workload scheduling, equipment discrepancy reporting, and logistical supply readiness which allowed for the effective utilization and accurate equipment status reporting.• Selected (17) employees for designation as Collateral Duty Inspectors, Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representatives, and Quality Assurance Representatives to execute 47 Naval Aviation Maintenance Quality Assurance Programs.• Coached, trained, and provided guidance to five Maintenance Division Supervisors and six Coordinators in the maintenance, budget projection, employment and restoration of Air Traffic Control electronic systems.• Reviewed all Electronics Maintenance Management policies and procedures and recommended revisions to electronic systems support and safety procedures which provided a marked improvement in employee performance.• Provided fleet mentorship by teaching core classes of the Basic Electronics Maintenance Supervisor's and Advanced Maintenance Manager's Courses to 24 newly promoted Advanced Supervisors and 72 employees.• Provided organizational equipment status reports for $45M of Air Traffic Control systems geographically dispersed at four locations in two states to the Corporate Office on equipment maintenance issues and logistical support which allowed Headquarters the ability to make informed employment decisions.• Communicated with external agencies to include Space and Naval Warfare System Center, Naval Air Warfare Center/Aviation Division, Naval Aviation Inventory Control Point, and Air Traffic Control Systems Program Management Office which aided in effective equipment Lifecycle support and end-user satisfaction.
