Conducted and authored Technical Estimate Reports and Technical Evaluation Letters for contractor proposals in support of funding various development and sustainment projects. Served as the IPT Risk Lead for six AGSE programs by managing and keeping up to date the risks and mitigation strategies for each utilizing Web-based Risk Management software applications. Generated and supported value engineering initiatives and created opportunities for cost avoidance in sustainment efforts. Authored and presented CCB briefings to the AGSE Product Director (PD) and Deputy PD on recommended engineering changes for aiding product sustainment and value engineering efforts.

Supported the design and implementation of the company’s file infrastructure and core workflow processes for the Sales Department and the Application Division of the Engineering Department. Supported the Research and Development (R&D) Team by evaluating market needs and providing recommendations for new product design concepts, specifically for the Emergency Response Market. Directly supported the CEO and VP of Business Development in designing and establishing a Sales Process Workflow and streamlining the company’s Supply Chain Distribution Strategy by evaluating internal procedures and customer interfacing practices. Conducted cost analyses and delivered official Sales Quotes to the customer during the system specification stage of the Sales Workflow. Developed a Pricing Estimation tool to help implement a solidified pricing structure for the Sales Department. Supported the integration of several Idle Mitigation System (IMS) platforms across multiple OEM Customer assembly lines by providing technical expertise, schematics, and other supporting documentation to the OEM Customer’s electrical and manufacturing engineers.
