I am committed to continuing my professional growth both through my experiences and through education. I have recently started a Masters in Human Resources program through CSU Global and look forward to graduating in the near future. Thus far, my hard work has helped me obtain a Foundation of Human Resource Leadership award. This award represents my understanding of HRM strategic management principals including leadership, recruitment and development. My work experience and time spent working in leadership roles within non-profits has helped me become a great multitasker and leader within my peer groups. I feel confident that I will be successful in any endeavor I may undertake because I am willing to put in the extra work that sets me apart from my peers. I enjoy being active and engaging with individuals with different backgrounds. Most of all, I am looking forward to serving my community in a capacity that allows me to make a difference.
