My background is in sales with high regard to customer service. I worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years serving, bartending, and management before making my way into the cannabis industry. I've been working in the licensed cannabis industry for over 8 years, and have gained a significant amount of knowledge. My career started at Fiberlab Inc. when the company was looking for a place to provide proof-of-concept with proprietary technology called the Cannabinator (When the federal government decides to make cannabis legal, the Cannabinator could process the entire nations crude extracts into finished product, with continuous flow) which is an economies-of-scale model. At the time I was working for the National Cannabis Chamber of Commerce and was able to provide the original Fiberlab team (from Texas) a place to perform R&D in Pueblo, CO. We have partnered with Katzen International to create an economies-of-scale solvent recovery system that should be complete next year. I'm the Director of Sales/Operations and have a team of 13 employees. I love being a leader especially for the individuals that have drive and determination but lack the experience. I learned to operate everything in our laboratory from extractors, milling biomass, solvent recovery, short path distillation, packaging and loading products, inventory, hiring, procurement of biomass, sales, customer service etc... It can be overwhelming working for a startup, performing many rolls, but I can't get enough!
